This warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, environmental conditions, and non-intended uses, and does not cover labor, towing, or rental charges. Optional extended warranties and a 90-day coverage for replacement products are available, with specific terms for new, like-new, and rebuilt items, including repair or replacement options and conditions for refunds or rental charges. Maks Enterprises also provides free shipping within the U.S. for items sent to and from the customer, with the customer responsible for international shipping costs and fees.
